espite the lack of mainstream media coverage for alternative therapies, there are many botanically based cures shown to be effective against serious and life threatening illnesses, including cancer.

                                     -  but, we as humans, can get information - if, we will!!
                                     -  but, we often do not work hard - to get enough of the facts...
                                     -  for example, we can all see how our friends do not make the best of a                                                                             
                                        situation - as they can see the same for us!!!.... not enough info....
                                     -  we now have so much info that is available - that we can

One of the privileges of living in this stage of the world's history, is that most of us can get the needed information to make decisions about - well, almost everything/anything..........

One area that affects all of us, concerns life choices - e.g. what we eat, when we exercise, mental attitude, associations, etc.       ......
- We can each determine all of the basic areas - creature comforts, social, mental/psychological, spiritual, physical, etc..........  -  if we will go to the trouble of getting enough relevant facts.........
Every day I make choices that affect my life - and, I see my friends doing the same. Particularly, in the area of what I eat, when I eat, how much exercise I get - and a host of other areas that influence my life.....

BEST CHOICE: get rid of worry!! Stress kills more people than a lot of other things. How to get rid of it? I will use a personal example - I do not want to point the finger at you - (if I point a finger at you, I have three pointing back at me - and, I still do not like using personal experiences...). It actually is a spiritual/psychological/mental choice. If I make a complete surrender to the Infinite - all situations are taken care of.... Change my thinking - what can I learn from this ?? I have been given this experience, to help character development, (in this area)..... That applies, no matter how difficult the situation... Yes, I have had the most heart wrenching things happen to me, & mine...
Spiritual - if I am not with a group that encourages me to rest all situations with the Infinite - so that I have nothing to worry about.... then I need to re-think my associations.....

We, as humans, can usually cope with one situation at a time. To make the best of that situation - is probably the best we can do.
